The people who created religion were unconscious, no conscious person would ever try to describe awareness with teachings/rituals. You don’t need to be taught how to be aware. Words are used to point, you can’t point at consciousness. Even the word consciousness itself creates a separation between you and your awareness. Conditioning drives us further and further away from knowing. A thought or concept is not awareness, our mind is a concept. We are the seer, the question is to ask if the seer can be seen? Our thoughts and logical reasoning is just a projected image, we are there even before we accept this or understand it. Seeing is believing and I’m not talking about seeing with the eyes or even with the mind, but by experiencing awareness. It’s easy to be lead astray when this is discussed because your mind is thinking “He thinks he is more aware than me”, lol that thought is just a thought. Watch that thought and ask where that thought comes from. “Oh yeah I know this, he’s talking about the sheep” Being a sheep? A truly conscious person would know the dangerous power of these words. “OK so now I get what he’s saying, yes I am awakened” Being awakened does not need confirmation or even knowing, it’s there like your reflection, it’s always there, but your concepts fight to stay alive because they have been imbedded into your personality.

Enemies of nature are these concepts, that we are separate of each other, that we are objects and that life is a struggle against death. We accept death every night as we lay down and slip into unconsciousness. Unconsciousness is a dream, desires that you didn’t fulfill or cannot fulfill. These unfulfilled desires come from non acceptance of yourself and what is. What is, is the current moment. What is, does not involve time, money, life situations, and all the other things that keep you unconscious. When a person lives without beliefs, without desires, without plans, then they can be spontaneous and that allows the greater knowledge of life/nature/God show you what you were designed to do.

Reaching for happiness constantly is not being happy. Happiness is a concept, we are always here. Time is an invention of the mind, this concept has created fear and anxiety because we are thinking and remaining in thought, rather than accepting what is and being totally aware of life. You are born designed by nature, imagine how many random instances had to occur for you to recognize yourself? You are part of the infinite, you rise and then you die, slowly a bunch of you’s create a greater being. Yet all of you’s are the infinite expressing itself, there is no need to believe we are all separated objects. All of the infinite collective energy evolves and has been accumulating within Nature. Nature brought life to you, let go of what you think is right and allow life to show you what you were designed to do. If we try to choose studying and reading about a bike, is that the same as riding it? Why are the pedals shaped like that? and the handle bars are so convenient with grips! Nature has designed us, now allow it to show you what needs to be done. The best things in life happen when you are not looking for them.

Dreams are real life experiences. Most people live entirely in their mind. The mind was molded by society, your surroundings, and that becomes your perspective. Then you take these conditionings on as your own personality. Really, you are not being yourself, you are just thrill seeking not truth seeking. It’s rare for someone to actually awaken from this unconsciousness.

Your mind is a tool and you are the one who is perceiving the mind. But, most cannot understand what this means because they are controlled entirely by the mind. And the mind/tool is controlled by your personality. So ultimately all the goals that you wish for, the person you want to be, all of your possessions and anything else you hold onto dearly in this world was formed by those who can control and understand your mind. They want to keep you at bay and not allow your true being out because it’s uncontrollable. It would give you the insight to stop living in your head and actually experience the world. The freedom comes at a price and that price is death. And most people might never know this until their last gasps of air before they return to the source.

So since your goals and aspirations come from society and it’s standards. You’re dreams are not creative, you dream of futile things. Dreams are unfulfilled life experiences. Try skipping dinner or fast for a day. That night you will dream of eating delicious food ,as well as all your unfulfilled desires and goals. Imagine if you completed everything in your day and you had nothing else to lust for. You would sleep entirely sound, you would wake up more refreshed than a baby’s birth. You would have nothing to desire, you would see the world for your very first time.

So how does this start? When can I see the world? Do I have to die? Who can set me free?

The real question is “How can I live my life?” and the answer is “You can’t live life, you can only be life”. You are already there, look in the mirror, how long does it take for your reflection to appear? The mind is only really a concept that resides in awareness. Thoughts are concepts created from past events, mini movies that are projected through fear and anxiety of possibilities in the future. You have never done anything in the future and your past is already gone. Desires are constant wantings and the result of these wantings will be dreams. Dreams are projected thoughts and they manifest themselves into actual life experiences disrupting your sleep. All the incomplete things in your life take you away from the present moment and inevitably you open yourself for usually negative end results. Then you become fearful and develop physical problems, this is why depression, drugs, addiction, cancer etc. exist in this world. These dreamers can become successful to their society, but they will never be happy because they are so conditioned to dreaming that they can’t ever accept themselves. At least not until their entire world crumbles, usually by physical death. Societies goals can be defined as pure insanity. All the things advertised to you, make you believe that there are experiences you are missing out on.

All the advertisements in this world are created to make you spend money. Money controls the world, money is a manifested concept. A very bad habit and we are seeing why it’s bad through this very recession. It too will have a death, a very horrible death, in fact it may destroy all humanity in the process. You are beyond any advertising, you are beyond any concept and thought. You are perfect. It’s the mind that questions the perfection. The mind manifests an ego because it thinks that there is a greater experience it’s missing out on. This is why God was invented because it wants something to lust for. You are a collection of entirely random acts, manifested into one incredible being. It was inevitable that you were created, out of all the conditions it takes to create you, you are here. You are here because life needed you. You don’t need life. You ARE life. You don’t need to anything to be yourself.

Yes being successful in society and finishing goals can be wonderful, but dreaming about it, is simply begging. Are you living as a beggar? Are you waiting for someone to give you a break? Everyone else is in the same boat. If you drop your dreams and allow life to guide you spontaneously. You will become a giver, not a cancer of this world. You will be lead to do what you were born to do. Like I said before, life needs you. Everyone has a different path, will you accept your path? Or will you simply beg for the rest of your life? Do you think emperors begged to be an emperor? Only beggars dream about being emperors and they never accept themselves for who they are. Society won’t give you happiness, because you can never be good enough for it. But, society is still savage, so what does it matter? You weren’t born to compete, competition is just another bad habit like dreams are.

Inevitably, you will either awaken or continue dreaming. Some even wake up ,but get tempted back into dreaming. The awakening takes guts.

Religion was created to fail. Just like all beliefs and dogmas.

Anyone who tries to give you a belief is trying to make you fail. They are your enemy, they are enemies of nature. Faith is your nonacceptance of the current moment. Constantly reaching for others acceptance rather than accepting yourself for what you are. The mind is the culprit of religion. Recognition is the mirror in which the infinite sees itself. And the mind doesn’t like seeing itself, so it hides behind you and your feelings. Then people become so comfortable in that position, they cannot be moved from it. The only people who can get out of that chaos of fear and anxiety are the ones that seek within.

There is a massive attempt to keep people from seeing who they truly are. Because those who wake up are dangerous to the mind. Other people who are still controlled by the mind, will physically and mentally try to influence you back into unconsciousness. And most people will fall back into unconscious because of the influence. If you find someone that is awakened, you couldn’t tell because they are beyond your silly beliefs. All beliefs are silly.

To find your true form, it’s like carving a wooden sculpture. You first have to cut away all that is not the form. And most people are attached to what they are not, which is why they will never know how beautiful they truly are. Seeing is believing. There is a reason, out of all the millions of sperms and all the millions of random spontaneous acts to create you. Because existence has always needed you, it was inevitable that you would exist to see and recognize the infinite in awe. Basically you were born to evolve and create, while observing yourself as the undescribable infinite.

First and foremost, nature is the ultimate teacher. Everyone embraces it unknowingly. It has no emotions, no bias or judgments, it remains in space. It resides deep within us and it can never not be. It is far beyond knowledge and even this description is not even close. You don’t need to do anything to be yourself.

With that said, there are healers in society. People who know how to embrace compassion over fear. Simply accepting what is and releasing yourself from the cycle of abuse you feel has to be. This list will grow as I find more teachings.

First off, you never have to become anything you are not already. Art is your creative expression, the hard part is accepting yourself. No artist knows what their creation will end up becoming. Great artists never feel as though their art is finished, not even after it has been shown to the world. The only reason people cannot express their art is because of the suppression of individualism in society. It’s a constant cycle of abuse, starting from your childhood and continues endlessly. Knowing this and accepting this is the first step to self development as an artist.

Do you remember how wonderful it felt to color and draw as a child? Everyone drew, sang, acted and expressed themselves freely as a child. You were innocent and had no intention other than being yourself and doing what you could with what you had. A stick became a wand, a crayon became a microphone, your coloring book was a canvas and your books were movies, even video games had little plot and you had to imagine the tiny characters being real things. Now you have to buy a Harry Potter stick, a crayon is in 3d, coloring books are online flash games, books are made into actual movies and video games are just longer movies. You no longer have to imagine anything, now you are told what to think. All these conditionings lead you to believe that things have to be a certain way, you no longer allow your mind it’s true potential. This is what is happening to art and this is how our individualism is being tormented.

When you sing well, people tell you to go audition for American Idol. When you have an incredible natural expression, you are immediately thrown into the deep end and expected to compete. Compete? What happened to just being yourself and loving the innocense of not judging your own inner expression? Some say that competing is more of a celebration, celebration of what? We are not naturally competetive, competition comes from the constant struggle of trying to prove yourself, when really you don’t need to do anything to be yourself and accept yourself.

Knowing how society suppresses individualism allows you to understand how others are manipulated, then you can easily distinguish what to do with your expressions. It’s a form of mind control, but if you can harness this insight and condition your own inner expressions, then you can become the famed artist. It takes time to understand what triggers people, you have to start observing every detail of your life to understand. I started by looking at all the shapes I deal with everyday, like signs for example. Take a stop sign, it’s red, it has 8 sides, it has harsh corners, yet is circular at the same time, the color scheme is red and white. Red is a color people use to symbolize alertness and that color plays alertness in a persons mind. The sharp yet circular shape with even number sides shows a calm yet sharp and balanced sincerity in a person’s mind. White is the most intense color because it is created by using all colors, so that displays the message strongly. This was just a simple stop sign, but everyone responds to it as a stop sign. Now try breaking down something that is far more detailed, this will give you insight into what people respond to. The key is staying conscious and aware constantly, you must continuously keep yourself in the present moment to keep on top of all the changes society brings. Art is not static, it changes every moment and it evolves constantly, so must you to stay on top of it.

Practice is obviously the most important key to mastering art. This means that you quit thinking of art as a task, quit thinking reaching for the end product and allowing things to evolve naturally. Your creativity is not limited to what everyone else has done or what is out. Art starts from a very basic starting place and eventually evolves into the end product. So constantly thinking about the completion of art, holds you back. Especially if you tend to be an anxious or fearful person. No, you were not born to be an artist, you were born with expressions. Allow yourself to be free of judgment and bias, quit thinking about what other people will think and express yourself. Keep expressing yourself until you become a master. A master is an artist that can express themselves effortlessly, no longer needing input from other people to know they are. They are what? An artist.

Not being able to live with yourself. No more ambition, life becomes a burden and nothing stimulates you anymore. Not even food, shopping, alcohol, drugs etc help. Or possibly you feel as though you cannot do anything without failing. All these thoughts come from time. People either live in the future or live in the past, but neither understand that the present moment is the only time that has ever mattered.

Usually those who are depressed are living in the past and they can’t let go of it, so they condition themselves to react negatively in every situation. Time doesn’t exist. Time only exists in our minds, it’s a human invention. It is merely a tool, it’s similar to money, we give it power. Humans have created time and money, the two things that run the entire world. So depression is a self inflicted wound produced by the mind, we are giving it power and allowing it to pull us out of the only time that matters, the now. It can be hard to accept that truth, but as long as you are aware of this, the depression becomes less and less powerful.

We must also address that our mind is a tool, we give it power. The mind is a part of us, but it is not everything. We can observe our mind and doing this, helps shed light on what is true. Anxiety comes from conditioning yourself to react to the future before the now catches up to that moment. We curl up into a ball, ignoring the truth, that the future doesn’t exist. Our minds create mini movies of the situation before it occurs and usually they are negative. When you notice this for the first time, it becomes a childish game of ignoring it. Your mind becomes like a child that constantly wants your attention. Give it a smile, take a breathe and bring yourself back into the moment.

Fear comes from the constant circles of abuse we have conditioned our minds to be. It comes from both the past and the future. Fear can also live in the now, but this only happens when you are in obvious extremely dangerous situations. Even during those events, the silence of the present moment and the greater truth is still there. Most people are afraid of death.

Death is not something we naturally fear. We’ve only nurtured the fear of death by glorifying it in our society. We’ve all grown up watching violent movies, video games, and all sorts of media. There are cultures that nurture this fear specifically, these are all created from the ego, false self. Death should be accepted because it happens regardless of our opinion. Why attach yourself to labels, do you really need a reason to live? Is the constant search for pleasure give you peace? This is also a circle of abuse, especially when you don’t achieve goals. You don’t need to do anything to be you. Life is simple, we give it complications. This is just another label in this world because it’s all we’ve ever known, until now.

Depression, anxiety and fear all come from not allowing yourself to live in the moment. They can all be silenced by simply accepting yourself in the present moment. The more you allow yourself this silence the more you start to notice how perfect and wonderful life is. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Become a floating pair of lungs, notice how the mind doesn’t want to let go. Notice how the mind asks you “why you are not doing anything”. Most people listen to this mind and as an act of desperation they will turn on the tv or radio or something to have in the background. This happens because the mind wants to remain in control and also you may be afraid of allowing your true self to be seen.

Accept the present moment in everything you do. It will open your perspective to things you may have never noticed. When you wake up in the morning, feel your first breathe back into consciousness. When you take a shower, forget about work and focus on the temperature of the water. When you eat, focus on the taste of the food and forget about what will happen after you eat. All these simple things all of a sudden become wonderful experiences and you become much more aware of the incredible world around you. Don’t allow your mind to take control anymore, rather keep yourself open and recondition yourself to be happy once again. You don’t have to do anything to be yourself.

My father is a pastor and my family is devout Pentecostal Christians. My entire world perspective was shaped on Bible teachings. Everything I knew growing up, was from the Christian religion. I was baptized, saved and fully devout for 21 years. I am now 24 and after many struggles and experiences, I have a new perspective on life.

The ultimate authority in my life was God. God was just, loving, forgiving, jealous, merciful, fierce and was anything we wanted to be really. So I questioned this idea and started to define my own God, which failed no matter how much I tried to define a perfect being. This idea of perfection could not be defined by my reasoning at the time and could never be defined ever, no matter how much knowledge I could attain. So I took it back to the basics, tried to perceive what I would do if I were a being in nothing. If there was no darkness, no awareness, nothing at all, no space, absolute nothingness. How would I evolve? What would I do?

Would I create some puppets and entertain myself? What would be the essence of all things, would I want to know everything that happens or just be? Then I noticed that even God could never perceive time because if you are eternal, then there is no point to time. If I were God, then I would simply use creativity as my driving force for all things. These thoughts lead to realizations I couldn’t otherwise fathom. My entire life was constructed around things that are man made. Meaning that all the ideas, anxiety, fears were all created at some point by man. Things like thinking we are seperate beings. This was definitely a lie because we are all consisted of the same matter, our bodies mold and we have evolved under the same conditions. We continue to evolve, it’s just people have conditioned themselves to believe in assumptions made by other people.

Defining my own God lead me to another realization about my own knowledge. This was the first time I actually felt as though I knew something. I felt the rigid thought process of being fully devout and it was self empowering to take responsibility for my own beliefs. I understood things on a much deeper level because these were my own thoughts, not some ideas others have influenced me to believe. I started to realize that attaining knowledge could only be acquired through experience. Even through those experiences, we cloud what is with what we think is or expect. We are going to the restaurant with our own menus. We have prebias and prejudgments before we even experience situations. I started to see how much my rigid belief system at the time was narrowing my perspective. I was expecting things, which lead to anxiety and fear.

So this lead me to realize the greatest God. God is consciousness and awareness of everything. The mind is so powerful that it has lead us into chaos. Into a dangerous path, we have separated ourselves with lies. I can feel a major change in consciousness, people are starting to wake up because the lies have become so blatantly obvious that people are starting not to believe in them. The world is in turmoil from wars, famine, pollution and all sorts of dangers, people are starting to see this destruction and now being forced to rethink their entire lives.

I started to realize all the things that I am not. I started to see all the lies and I felt relieved mentally and physically. I noticed how negative I was in my life. I actually saw where this negative energy was coming from. It was from all the conditioning, from all the labels attached to my image. That this body was born in a country, to a certain nationality, to a religious family, with a sex and all the other labels. I was born with receipts, literally. All of these labels created the image of a person, but those labels are not me. They are the labels the world need for me to be defined, and I believed they were true until now.

As I’ve started to let go of these labels, I’ve definitely met alot of demons. Some of them were really powerful, bad thoughts that have seeded themselves pretty deep into my mind that I react violently to them. But, I noticed that just watching these bad thoughts, putting light on them for too long and they naturally either disappear or turn into positive energy. I still have a long way to go before I can actually just be. To say, “I am” is powerful. Just claiming yourself without any labels attached, that is who you truly are. You are no longer this body, you are no longer a member of religion, you are no longer defined. You just are.

Once I realized this, I started to realize that this has been like this for all eternity. Just being aware. Jesus said We are the light of the world. Yes, because we have consciousness and awareness. If there was just animals and plants, there would be no consciousness to perceive it’s beauty. It would be dark, but the silence will still be there.
